It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 99ba is lawful in your jurisdiction. 99ba does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific territory. Players access the platform at their own discretion and assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
2.3 Registration Process. To open a 99ba account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 99ba platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, addresses, payment methods, or devices are used — will be consolidated and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent ban from the platform.
2.5 KYC Verification. 99ba is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You agree to submit any requested identity documentation — including CNIC, passport, proof of address, or payment method verification — within the timeframe specified by 99ba. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.
Accounts registered with false identity information will be permanently closed and any balance held may be forfeited pending investigation. 99ba has a zero-tolerance policy for identity fraud.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99ba account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for authentication. 99ba will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or phone.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 99ba immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 99ba accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or your disclosure of credentials to third parties.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, where such activity results from your failure to secure your account credentials adequately.
3.4 Account Inactivity. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 99ba reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, details of which will be communicated prior to application. Any remaining balance after fee deductions will continue to be held and will be returned upon account reactivation.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 99ba currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency options. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at the time of the transaction.
4.2 Deposit Terms. All deposits made to your 99ba account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those held by friends or family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. 99ba does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside 99ba's control.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are available exclusively to verified accounts. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC verification process as described in Section 2.5. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds. Funds credited as part of a promotional bonus are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
4.6 Refusal of Transactions. 99ba reserves the right to decline, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 99ba will endeavour to notify the account holder within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations that may restrict such communication.
99ba does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets and wagers placed on 99ba are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, product-specific rules shall prevail for that specific bet or game outcome.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you have received an explicit on-screen confirmation and a transaction reference number. 99ba reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or suspected abuse.
5.3 Pricing Errors. Where a bet has been accepted at a clearly erroneous price — including prices that deviate materially from the fair market rate at the time of placement — 99ba reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to the player's account. This applies to both pre-match and in-play betting markets.
5.4 Voided Events. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach the minimum completion threshold required by the applicable sport rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.
5.5 Casino Game Integrity. All casino games offered on 99ba utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed game suppliers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within each game's information panel. 99ba does not modify RTP settings after a game goes live on the platform.
5.6 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result or casino game outcome, the decision of 99ba's trading or compliance team — following internal review — shall be final, subject to the formal complaints process described in Section 14.

10.2 Betting Losses. 99ba accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform. All wagering decisions are made solely by the player, and 99ba's liability is limited to returning the monetary value of stakes in circumstances where a bet is voided under Section 5.
10.3 Force Majeure. 99ba shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or civil unrest.
10.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ba's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
